Online Therapy

Our therapists are currently utilizing tele-health (online therapy) in cases of inclement weather and navigating Covid concerns. Though we are an in-person practice in Denver, Colorado and value the opportunity to provide our best care while sitting in the same room with our clients, online therapy and counseling can be very effective when meeting in person is not an option.

As highly trained emotionally focused therapists who specialize in helping people make lasting change, we know the critical role connection plays in successful therapy. When you believe your therapist sincerely cares about you and your well being, you will have a much more successful online therapy experience. Building a bond through a phone or computer may seem impossible, but you will be surprised by how well our therapists do it.

We will connect…even if you are miles away.

The questions we most often hear about virtual therapy and counseling from our therapists in Denver are:

Does online therapy really work?

Does it feel personal?

How can I possibly find a place in my home for privacy?

How do I know someone on YOUR end won’t hear me?

Is it possible to do quality couples therapy using online therapy?

These are all great questions and we will talk you through all of them. As therapists who are experts in relationship therapy, we are extensively trained and experienced in forming an authentic connection with you in a way that will help you feel comfortable and emotionally safe so that your time and investment in therapy are effective. We know how to help you get creative regarding the timing and location of your virtual therapy and online counseling sessions outside of our main office in Denver, Colorado.

Deep listening is the kind of listening that can help relieve the suffering of another person. You can call it compassionate listening. You listen with only purpose: to help him or her to empty his heart....listening like that, you give that person a chance to suffer less.

We believe we all have a born-in need to connect and have a sense of belonging with others we care about. COVID-19 has temporarily impacted this basic need by taking away our sense of freedom to ‘be with’, hug, touch and closely connect with others. You are not alone in your response to this. Reach out to us. Let us help you - and your relationship - regain a sense of control and connection during this very unique and challenging time.
